Excellent

Atty. Tom Olsen helped me and my son with our Real Estate re-finance and took care of our mortgage so my son would be able to avoid a very expensive Probate in case I were to pass away before my current law suit was settled. Also how I can apply for Homestead Exemption for myself since my son is mar...ried and doesn't live with me. Thank you again.

Recommended!

We saw Mr. Olsen about a real estate transaction that had been pending with another lawyer for months. It took Mr. Olsen less than 1 hr to completely resolve the issue and get us back on track. He was honest and efficient; exactly what we expected from an attorney!
