Best Law Firm Ever!!

My husband and myself went through the bankruptcy program with The Benenati Law Firm. It was a very uncertain and stressful time in our lives. The Benenati Law Firm was so supportive, compassionate and trustworthy. They were always available to answer any questions and guide us through every step... along the way. Walter Benenati gave us our life back with the financial freedom I didn't think was possible. I recommend anyone to go with The Benenati Law Firm. Thank you Mr. Benenati!!

Excellent handling of our Chapter 13 bankruptcy!

My husband and I dreaded having to file for bankruptcy, because of this we delayed filing longer than we should have. Unfortunately my first consultation was with a different firm, who were hard to reach, difficult to deal with and I knew there had to be a better option. Thankfully I came across ...Attorney Benanati's firm by researching online. I am so glad I did, the handling of our case has been exceptional! Both attorney Victor Rodriguez and our paralegal Ana are very knowledgeable, thorough efficient and kind. They have responded quickly to my emails and even helped with a college that wouldn't release my transcripts. Attorney Rodriguez met with us before our Trustees hearing and reassured us he would be there to help if needed with the Trustee's questions. We were impressed by Attorney Rodriguez's professionalism and knowledge at the hearing which was over before we knew it (we felt this was because our case/documentation was very well prepared). We recommend attorney Benanati's Law firm and would rate 10 stars if that was an option!

Life does have a restart button

We just received our discharge notice from the court and cannot say enough about Walter Benenati. The entire process took just over 3 months, start to finish. Walter and his associates were there for us anytime we had a question or concern; we emailed him directly with questions on two occasions and ...the first was answered within 15 minutes, the second was answered in 10. As long as you provide the requested documents they will handle the rest. We had never considered bankruptcy as an option to get out of our situation but after a six month period of unemployment, serious home and car repairs and mounting credit card balances, we realized that even after using funds from savings and 401K we were never going to make it unless we sought help. Walter and his associates understand your situation, they do not make you feel like a failure and show you how you can start over and how to do it right this time. When we went for our courthouse meeting with the assigned trustee, Walter was there to meet us, instructed us on what to do and sat at the table with us to address any possible concerns the trustee may have. We sat through several sessions listening to the trustee asking multiple questions of other people, asking for additional documentation, questioning them, sending them to another area of the court, etc. When it was our turn, the trustee had no concerns or additional questions, as our documentation was complete as submitted. If you are struggling, have had financial disasters from which you cannot recover, wake up in the middle of the night with anxiety attacks thinking you have no way out, give this law firm a chance to help you. Walter has personally gone through the process and he knows what to do, he knows how you feel and how hard the initial visit is. He does not judge you or your situation, he will assess your financial situation and let you know what he can do for you. Bankruptcy is not the blight on your life that it may have been in the past. You can recover and in the process, learn how not to put yourself in financial peril again.

day light ahead

A few years back due to the economy i had no work-shortly after that my back was injured and i was and am not able to work.mY WIFE AND I WERE FACING LOSING OUR HOUSE AND FACING BANKRUPTCY-WE WERE IN A VERY DARK FRAME OF MIND-THEN I FOUND MR BENENATI-HE INFORMED US OF WHAT HE COULD DO FOR US-SUDDENLY ...THERE WAS A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL-AND BY MAKING IT AFFORDABLE HE HAS LED US IN POSITIVE DIRECTIONS,AND ENABLED ME TO GIVE MY WIFE (WE'VE BEEN TOGETHER FOR OVER 47 YEARS) the only thing shes ever asked of me-a house of her own.i feel blessed to be able to do this and for meeting Mr Benenati.

MOVING FORWARD WITH PEACE OF MIND

My husband and I never thought we'd be in a situation to have to file bankruptcy and foreclose on our home. We did all the right things in life we were supposed to do - work hard, pay bills, bought insurance, etc. When my husband lost his job and I had a car accident, we tried to make it work for ...a while, but realized that our health and personal relationship would suffer if we did not get help. It was hard to find someone to trust after having everyone we trusted with our money let us down. Once we met with Walter, we felt at ease that someone else was going to take this burden off of us and give us a fresh start. He knows the ins and outs of how the legal system works so that we could concentrate on rebuilding our life. The staff at Walter Benenati's office answered my many questions, and helped to rebuild my trust in letting someone else handle things. The bankruptcy and foreclosure processes were much easier than anticipated - of course, due to the right people handling the process. We are on the road to moving forward with peace of mind.
