Definitely Recommended

I met with Walter for an initial consultation for a debt that I was being sued for that about 10-12 years old . I had contacted Walter because my back account was garnished and I was being sued- and I didn’t even know until that point. Once Walter stepped in to intervene, we wound up paying an accept...able amount and the situation was past us. I have nothing but positive things to say about Walter and his staff . I would call with questions and Walter would call me back . Definitely recommended for any debt issues or any other Legal Council needed.

Chapter 7 for the first time

I was nervous preparing for my first bankruptcy and the thought of having to find the money to pay an attorney or take my chance without an attorney riddled my mind. Thankful I chose Benenati Law Firm. From the moment I walked in the door I was never alone and was able to ask any “silly” question tha...t came to mind. The payment plan worked in my favor because it was affordable and reasonable. The Law firm worked together very well therefore no one was overwhelmed by my questions nor my lack of understanding to my outcome they all were willing to help Mr. Benenati has an excellent team who prepares your paper work so you have no choice but to understand what your case is all about as well as what will work best for you.
