My wife had an auto accident in May 2016 and I had one in December of 2016 I had no problems getting my case resolved with the benenati law firm and would refer them to anybody they help me out tremendously

Professional; very ethical attorney

Very satisfied client

I would strongly recommend Walter Benenati to anyone going through filing for bankruptcy. Both he and his fellow staff members are professional, kind, courteous and keep you well informed of what to expect and the expectations they require to make your case a success. Filing for bankruptcy was a ve...ry stressful ordeal for me. Upon my first meeting with Mr. Benenati, I was very impressed. He explained to me the bankruptcy category I fell in and explained to me what to expect. I requested his presence for my 341 meeting with the creditors, and he jotted my request in my file and assured me he would be there. He kept his word and was present for this meeting. Having Mr. Benenati’s presence there along with my beloved family member decreased my stress level tremendously. I choose Walter Benenati because I was impressed by his honesty on his webpage of his own personal experience he went through when filing for bankruptcy and overcame it. He works very hard for his clients.

Excellent Firm

WFB Law Firm assisted me in my bankruptcy, the made the process and my experience easy. They explained everything to me in a way that I understood. Any time I had a question or experienced difficulty during my bankruptcy period the attorneys did not hesitate to ensure not only my questions were ans...wered, but they made sure I understood and took care of what I needed to make sure nothing went wrong with my agreement. Go With The Best

My husband and I hired the Benenati Law firm to handle our bankruptcy. It was a very difficult time for us and difficult to accept our financial "defeat" after working and raising a family our whole lives. Mr. Benenati assisted us through the whole process. During one of my 'panic moments,' Mr. Be...nenati called me from the hospital when his wife was in labor to settle my fears. He gave us tremendous and valuable advice and always answered our questions.
