When you are arrested for DUI your USPS mailbox will be flooded with mailings from attorneys offering their services. I did not receive on from Joel Leppard. The best in the business does not need to send such advertisements. Are all those five star reviews he has real? I am here to tell you they ar...e and then some. I am an attorney myself, practicing law is complicated and your best course of action is to go with an attorney that specializes in your problem. For me it was my son’s DUI Arrest while he was on probation. I hired him on my son’s behalf based on his reputation and reviews and am glad i did. Without going into specifics, the case did not get prosecuted based on the excellent strategy employed by Joel. He is an expert in DUI defense, DUI science and he is an excellent and aggressive trial tactician. Joel and his Team (Especially Carmen - She is Crazy on the ball) met with me and I immediately knew that these were folks that were hungry and passionate about what they do. This was my 2nd D...UI arrest in less than 2 years and I figured I'd be up the river but Joel went to the DMV hearing for me and Carmen found a tiny glitch in the notarized documents that rendered them unusable and we won that case (Which is almost unheard of) - Suspension dropped. After some back and forth with the ADA, Joel leveraged his commanding prowess to broker a great deal for me which minimized my fines to less than $500, a trip back to the FL Safety Council for Level 2 education and at the end of the day, he rewarded me with a refund of a couple of thousand dollars as he did such a spectacular job with my case, I think he even astonished himself.
