I'm your typical average 39 year old guy with a job and a family I just happen to like to party like a lot of us do. Well about what happened So I made a mistake and got hooked on a stupid drug that I hope none of you ever try like I did. Heroin. Yes very addictive and controls your life and causes you to do stupid things. Well to cut to the chase I got busted driving with a pretty good amount of heroin on me. I had a pretty clean record up to this point but made a huge mistake and ended up getting charged with a felony or possession of heroin and a misdemeanor for paraphernalia. I was scared. Thought I was gonna lose everything. Didn't know what to do. Should I just plead guilty. Should I pay the money and get a lawyer. I thought what for. I'm gonna lose anyway. I mean I admitted the drugs were mine. Well I decided I mimeswell open my laptop and call some drug lawyers. See what they say. Well I talked to a few, a bunch actually. Nobody really gave me any assurance that they could get me off. Nobody I think really thought I had a case. That is until I called this guy called the Leopard. Right away he told me I think we got a good case. I said what you mean a good case. He said I think we got a good shot at getting this thing dropped. I shook my head in the other end of the phone thinking yeah right. But he was only one that gave me any hope so I decided to pay him and prayed he was as good as what other people wrote about him. He kept me updated throughout the case. I never met the guy. And I never had to go to a single court case. He calls me exactly two weeks before the big day and said chris I got good news. I got your case dropped. You don't have to go to court, you will have nothing on your record, and you owe no more money. I broke down in tears of joy. I will always know one of the best decisions I made was the day I picked up the phone and gave him a call. He is no joke. He is the best out there. When you are arrested for DUI your USPS mailbox will be flooded with mailings from attorneys offering their services. I did not receive on from Joel Leppard. The best in the business does not need to send such advertisements. Are all those five star reviews he has real? I am here to tell you they ar...e and then some. I am an attorney myself, practicing law is complicated and your best course of action is to go with an attorney that specializes in your problem. For me it was my son’s DUI Arrest while he was on probation. I hired him on my son’s behalf based on his reputation and reviews and am glad i did. Without going into specifics, the case did not get prosecuted based on the excellent strategy employed by Joel. He is an expert in DUI defense, DUI science and he is an excellent and aggressive trial tactician. He may not be the cheapest but his one time charge covers your case in its entirety and The old adage comes to mind you get what you pay for. The State of Florida has a high burden to meet to convict you of DUI and Joel will be there to hold them to that standard throughout the case. I am so glad i hired him and am extremely satisfied with the results of the case, criminal charges were dropped.
