This unusual case of alleged DUI involved an aggressive prosecution where no drugs or alcohol or objective evidence of DUI was present. Th...e full client load of a public defender would have made it very easy for this attorney to simply roll over with the aggressiveness of the prosecution, especially with 3 different prosecuting attorneys. Mr. Leppard was extremely conscientious with Rigoberto's case he was there answering a myriad of questions and forwarding me so much information that other wise I could not get with out running around with dead ends. He was ready with motions to the judge and was able to get Rigoberto released f...rom incarceration. That was a joyous day for us.
