Divorce Case

My recent experience with David Roberts and his staff has been exceptional. The initial phone consultation with David provided me with guidance to prepare for my situation. Lauren, the paralegal, has been great to work with. The entire staff has been very patient and helpful with the documentation... and communication process. As soon as I was ready to pick up my pace, the practice was more than equally prepared to respond and proceed effectively. David made the mediation experience effortless. Absolutely the BEST!

I met Dave through a mutual friend while I was in the middle of a difficult divorce and was very impressed with his professionalism. I wish I would have met him earlier but like many divorce cases, after my case was finalized I had to go back to court with my ex but this time I retained Dave and his ...team and I am so glad I did. The hearing was on very short notice and Dave’s preparation was extremely impressive and it showed in court. He owned the court room and the judge ruled in our favor. Dave and Lauren are fantastic and the best at what they do!

David, Lauren, Ben, and Elis are the best!

I stupidly used previous other attorneys and I was an idiot. I had David for my divorce and he was killer. I thought the law was on my side with custody and went with a referral from my mom. Biggest mistake of mine amp my son’s life. David is and will always be my attorney. Lauren, Ben, and Elis are ...equally invested in my case. I can’t say enough. They are saving my son’s life.

Great experience during a difficult time.

Roberts Family Law did a great job with my case. I needed a few items expedited and they got them done on time with impeccable attention to detail. The whole office was great and my paralegal was phenomenal, great communication.

Best divorce attorney in Orlando

Dave did a phenomenal job obtaining a very significant modification of my alimony obligation based on a change in my job / income. Every attorney said such a modification was near impossible and I fired my first attorney who was losing my case big-time. Dave crafted a new legal strategy, completely... outclassed a very powerful opposing counsel from a huge prestigious firm, and won my case in dramatic fashion. I interviewed a lot of attorneys in Orlando and found none better than Mr. Roberts. Highest recommendation
