Motor Vehicle Accident over two years ago. Very responsive until papers signed. Other drivers Insurance company admitted fault. Should be fairly open/shut. Unable to get response from paralegal working on case. Call every few months and then every day until I get a status report. All I hear is '...The insurance Company is not willing to pay us" We're negotioting with them. I've seen multi-million dollar deals negotioted faster. It's been two years and there is still no communication, no hint of any settlement or response from them. Even without the negotiating, the lack of communication and response is the killer.
