A 3 car accident recently left me with a new Tundra Truck that was totaled after I T-Boned another Driver. A few weeks ago I was on 417 when a car in front of me and to my left, rear ended the car in front of them and then swerved directly into, my lane where I had no way to avoid T-boneing them and... totaling my new truck and receiving a ticket for reckless driving. My situation involved a police officer giving me the pass and the police contesting I was distracted, causing a crash.
