Mr. Lotter did an excellent job on my case. He took the time to explain how the law and the hit-and-run process worked, including the non-criminal side of the case, and kept me informed throughout. I was in an accident in May '25. I received a citation for failure to yield by an officer that didn't want to cite me but exclaimed he had to or the insurance wouldn't process the claim.
