Straigh Foward, Honest and Knowledgeable

Divorce is probably one of the most difficult times in a personal life as your world is turned upside down in a matter of minutes. The process of divorce is a complex issue, specially of you have kids, property, retirement accounts, ect. However, Amanda was a life saver as her approach to your case... is straight forward and down to the real facts. Amanda will not tell you “what you want to hear,” but instead she will tell you the facts and how it will affect your case. She is super knowledgeable and has tons of experience both in and out of the courtroom. Amanda took my case and gave me the best possible scenarios and suggested we should settle my case in mediation. During mediation, Amanda fought for my best financial interest and for me the proper time with my son. Amanda is not intimidated by the process or anyone whom might oppose her. At the end of mediation I left with a fair plan and one that I can live with for some time. If you are looking for an experienced attorney that will take you case seriously, not feed you “fluff” and represent you for your best interest, then the answer is simple, Attorney Amanda Jacobson is the attorney for you.

Divorce

Amanda was very professional to work with and provided great communication about the divorce process. I tried to handle my divorce personally and created many problems in the beginning including jeopardizing time sharing with my kids. She was able to correct my mistakes and guide the divorce procee...dings through mediation to its conclusion. I highly recommend Amanda. Thank you!

Exceeds expectations

I could not be happier with my choice of attorney. Amanda is everything you could ask for. I needed help with a paternity/custody case and some criminal allegations. Her experience, confidence and manner in the courtroom gave me huge peace of mind. She was always available anytime I had questions and... concerns. She always has the ability to calm me down through this very stressful process. She is sensitive to her clients needs yet is also very direct and real every step of the way. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone seeking a family or criminal attorney. You wont be disappointed! Michelle her paralegal is amazing too. They are a great team.

Amazing in the courtroom and for high conflict couples

Amanda has represented me for over three years now. She is professional, honest, direct, succinct, and relevant. She will not waste your time and will present the facts as they are relevant to your situation. She can examine and cross-examine in the courtroom with professionalism, relevance, berevity..., and enthusiasm. I would highly recommend Amanda in a high acrimony divorce as she will expose the truth and do what is in the child's/children's best interest.

Phenomenal representation in a high conflict divorce

I hired Amanda Jacobson to represent me during my divorce which previously had been at a standstill for quite some time. It wasn't until Amanda stepped in that things started to turn around. Right away she worked diligently to get the case back on track and moving along. She was always available any...time I had any questions about the process or issues arising with my ex. This was a high conflict divorce case and Amanda made sure that I had realistic expectations about the process from the very beginning. She was open and honest every step of the way and I always felt fully informed about what was going on and what the next steps were. All in all, both sides ended up with a fair deal both with custody and financial matters. We were able to settle in mediation without going to court which was a huge win on it's own. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to navigate this path with me.
