She Gets the Job Done!

Had a very messy divorce 6 years ago without any representation and ended up with an unfair parenting plan. Three years later, after finally graduating with my degree, I found and was able to hire Mrs. Jacobson. She fixed everything wrong with the parenting plan and made sure I was awarded with a fai...r child support. She was extremely professional and very easy to talk to through the whole process. She got the job done!

Happily Divorced

I found Amanda through a referral from a friend. I had been wanting and needing to divorce my narcissistic, verbally abusive husband for several years but hadn't found an attorney I felt comfortable with. I started the process with an attorney I didn't feel suited my case so I had trouble wanting to ...move forward for fear of the outcome. Amanda came recommended as tough when needed, strategic, and highly respected. I'm so glad I retained her because she was all that and more. She pushed my case along even when my then-husband refused to respond or cooperate. She told me what was possible and what was unrealistic, setting proper expectations. She had a very good grasp on what to expect from any specific judge since she has been in court with most, if not all of them before. She didn't do any unreasonable work, or engage in what I thought was questionable charging like my previous attorney had. She strategized and conferenced with me, answered questions as many times as I needed, and I found that over time, my anxieties disappeared and my confidence returned. In the end, I got an amazing settlement that I am beyond happy with and a solid parenting plan. I credit her strong demeanor, ability to keep conversations on point in the courtroom, and her knowledge on when to apply pressure and how. Thank you Amanda!

Divorce is one of the most devastating times in anyone's life especially when children are involved. After having two attorneys fail me and make a mess out of my already complicated and acrimonious divorce, Amanda Jacobson stepped in and has been nothing short of outstanding in getting my case back ...on track! Not only is she professional and brilliant, but she actually cares about her clients and the children involved. She’s given me a lot of encouragement and strength throughout my divorce and is fighting for what is in my child’s best interest. She will always give you honesty so my advice to anyone who retains her is to take her legal advice. I’ve had a chance to see her in court as well. The judges and other attorneys respect her. Amanda Fights For You!

Amanda is truly a God-send in my life. I just didn't know where to begin after being served with divorce and custody and trying to fill out paperwork on my own. It was overwhelming. She rose to the occasion immediately with her years of experience and knowledge. She listened and knew exactly how to f...ight for me even when I didn't have the strength to fight for myself. I thought my life was over and that my case was hopeless, but God always has someone to fight for you even when you aren't able to....and THAT she did.
