Outstanding Representation

I was very impressed with the representation I received from the Bagen Law Firm related to my fall and injury in a retail store. The attorney (Neil Gambler) assigned to my case was exceptional as was the Para Legal (Malinda Grooms) who worked on my case. They were very prompt in taking action on an...y issue that came up. We retained Mr. Bagen aer I was rear-ended by a negligent driver that was improperly insured. I was out of work for over a year, but I don’t remember having to reach out to him but maybe once. Either he himself or one of his a"en#ve sta$ would call to check up on me, even when there was nothing ne...w to tell. I was simply blown away with the customer service side that he and his sta$ displayed with my case. He found out where above and beyond was, and started there. I would highly recommend, even plead with you, if you think you need an accident a"orney, call Mr. Bagen immediately. They are more than happy to assist in any way possible before you even retain him.

No insurance & No clue what to do, but excellent, prompt treatment helped me through

After being hit by a car while I was crossing the street and having my ankle broken 2 weeks before I was due to move out of Gainesville, I was definitely feeling super stressed (it didn't help that I had next to no experience in this area, had no insurance, and didn't even know what my next steps wer...e). Luckily a friend of mine recommended these guys and the service I received was phenomenal. The day I called someone came over to examine my case and tell me exactly what was going to happen. In the months after that I communicated with my legal assistant Christine who kept me updated and told me everything I needed to do. Christine was great - very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. I basically didn't have to worry at all while she & the office did everything for me - the process was pretty hands off. It's been 8 months since my accident and I'm feeling way better. I received my payment without any hassle and was reimbursed for any medical expenses I had to pay. It sucked to get hit by a car and not be able to walk for 3 months, but luckily I had these guys to help me through the process. Big thanks to the whole office and Christine!

Excellent Attourney and incredible staff!

A few years ago I was in an accident at no fault of my own. I had to take an ambulance to the local hospital with a concussion. This was the first accident I had ever been in that required me to call an attorney. A friend of mine recommended Steven A Bagen. When I made the call, the staff were very ...helpful and made me feel at ease immediately. Throughout the entire process, Kathleen walked me through all steps, checked in with me and answered all the questions I had. They made sure I had the best care as I recovered from accident with therapy. Kathleen made the process simple yet made sure to explain every step of the process. Best service

I hired Steven A Bagen after I had a car accident. The help I was given was great, he always had time for my questions and concerns. It was a rear end collision I did not know what to do. The best thing I did was use Mr.Bagen as my attorney. I got a fair settlement and would highly recommend him.
