Receptionist

Mr. Bagen was very successful in dealing with my case. At first the insurance company was unwilling to pay for any of my medical expenses and he and his team kept reassuring me that all of my expenses would be taken care of. If it were not for Mr. Bagen's help, I would have been stuck with a lot of m...edical bills.

Pleased with my Service

I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my case. Steven and his legal team were very welcoming, and accommodating. If I ever need advice from a legal team again I would gladly seek Steven again.

I received great service from Steven Bagen and his employees. I had a few questions about a car accident that I was involved in a few months back and I didn't really know where to start. I read the other reviews but....

I've read the other reviews and I feel like I'm not being represented by the same lawyer! My accident was July 29, 2017 and there hasn't even been a determination as to who was at fault yet! (It wasn't me, I wasn't moving when I was hit.) I repeatedly e-mail with questions and its typically days wi...th no response and I have to re-email my questions to get an answer. The telephone interview was rescheduled a couple times, but I had to make sure I was off work even though the interview fell through. The only time I spoke with a lawyer was prior to those scheduled phone calls. I'm a single mother with 2 children, working two jobs, I hired this firm to advocate for me. My car was not fixed correctly and no one could assist me with holding the insurance company accountable for their negligence and I had to purchase a different vehicle. I honestly don't feel like this firm cares about my case at all. For an accident that was 100% NOT my fault I have not even begun to see any movement towards making me whole again.
