Helpful with our vehicle accident aftermath

We had never experienced an auto accident before and the initial process can be so intimidating and confusing. Mr. Bagen's office helped make the process easier by having an investigator meet us right away. He collected all the necessary information, pictures and documents we had along with a scene i...nvestigation. Eileen was assigned to us and always promptly responded to our questions. She guided us through the recovery process and recommended competent healthcare givers. We live in a rural area and Mr' Bagen's staff has been so accommodating so that most of our business has been handled via email and phone. Melissa was so prompt and professional handling the details of our final settlement. Steven A. Bagen and Associates has a reputation among our health care providers as being an honest firm which was very important to us.

Attorney Bagen made clear what we could expect in an undertandable way and never gave us any false hopes but did promise a fair and equitable outcome. He did not disappoint! If we are ever again in need of an attorney he will be our second call....after 911!
