Supportive and Knowledgeable

Mr. Bagen and Associates were so incredibly helpful after my car accident. We didn't call until two months after our accident when dealing with the insurance companies got overwhelming. I wish we hadn't waited to call. Melissa took the time to walk me through everything and clarified how the insuranc...e process works. We had no idea! They took the burden off my shoulders so that I could recover from my injuries without the stress. I endured a year of physical therapy to regain proper use of my wrist and hand.

Gainesville's Finest

I consulted with Mr. Bagen's office after an automobile accident. They met with me at my convenience, even though the office was closed. They appointed me an attorney right away, and she has been in constant communication and contact with me, even after the case closed. She made sure she consulted me... before making any decisions, and gave me her professional advice as to what I should do to proceed with the case in a timely manner. She met with me when it was best for me, and never left me waiting. This was my first time ever having to contact a lawyer for something, and I couldn't be any more satisfied with the service I have received from Mr. Bagen's office.

Honestly, don't go anywhere else!

I was in an auto accident on Labor Day of 2016 and I knew to call Mr. Bagen and his team right away. They helped me every step of the way and ensured that I received only the best treatment. I had the pleasure of personally working with Kathleen Bryan. She was always professional, helpful and polite.... The whole firm makes a very traumatic experience less stressful; from the receptionists all the way up! I would DEFINITELY recommend them if you want the best service possible.
