I have had an opportunity to work with many appellate and post-conviction lawyers from all around the state over the years, so I have a frame of reference for giving this review. Mr. Ufferman is simply the best there is. It might be overly blunt to say it this way, but he is more intelligent, more ar...ticulate, and a harder worker than everyone else I’ve encountered. Introduction: My family and I hired Michael to represent me for a Post-Conviction action in 2013 while I was incarcerated at a correctional institution near Tallahassee. All in all, the legal process was long, complicated, and intensely contested by the State.
