Aaron was awesome when it came to trial and what we had to do. I was going to take mine to trial no matter what. I got a hung jury and it was in my favor of 5-1. I could of gotten another trial but it does take a long time and I was going back to school. I took a reckless charge which is nothing ...and if you have a DUI, then the reckless is what you want. The best lawyer I have seen and heard about from a lot of people. Recommend!!!

I was a college student living in Tallahassee when I was unfortunately arrested at a D.U.I check point. I was on my own, very nervous and facing an uphill battle. I spoke with Mr. Wayt shortly after and decided he was the man for the job. Mr. Wayt worked with me for a long time on getting this case r...esolved. I blew a .16 and got it down to a reckless driving. Mr. Wayt had me convinced from the start that we had a good case, even if there were several things that made me very nervous going into it. As time went on Mr. Wayt was responsive to my major questions. Sometimes he was not immediately available but was always able to get back to me when he could. I can imagine he is very busy with the success he has had. So I was never worried if it took a day to get back to me and if you're reading this review, you should not either. I will admit I was extremely nervous going into this case. Being someone who has never been on this side of the law before, I was definitely freaking out. I felt much better after I stepped into the courtroom with Mr. Wayt and saw the amount of respect his peer lawyers gave him. Everyone seemed to be very happy to talk to him and he carries himself very well in the court room. Which I believe is a major plus for an attorney when talking to a jury. Mr. Wayt was very good with jury selection as well, he talked to me about the jurors and we even worked together a little bit on picking them. Obviously everything was his call but it certainly felt good to have an opinion on my own case. As nervous as I was, it was very calming to be able to talk to him about the jurors and what they were like and who we thought we wanted, which is what I believe he was trying to do. I was a hassle for him with phone calls and worry. He was also very reassuring the whole time. It also helped that he killed it with his opening jury argument. I could see what he was doing after he described to me his plan. He laid it out extremely well and I believe it’s what helped get my case down to a reckless. All in all, Mr. Wayt is a very good and honest man. He certainly helped me out a great deal and kept in contact with me after the case. He followed up and overall I was very pleased with how he handled the entire case.
