Jacqueline Clay helped me sell my mother's condo after her passing. We had a buyer almost immediately who wanted to pay cash and close ASAP. Jacqueline quickly started the process. There were many documents and emails going back and forth between Jacqueline, the buyer, and myself as my mother's condo... was in a trust.
