Lewis was a great criminal defense attorney. I was arrested for DUI with a BAC of 0.156. He explained the entire process and what I could probably expect. He went above and beyond what I expected. We were in a dilemma after our hearing didn't go as expected. He advised he me would fight for me a...ll away through trial if it went that far. He was able get multiple postponements (seven (7) months). We were hopeful that the State Attorney would reduce the charge to reckless driving based on our evidence but unfortunately they played the game and didn't won't to budge. He was able to get me a reduce charge below .15 charge so that I wouldn't get the maximum penalties which included the interlock device. We discussed it in length the last day we were in court and he advised me if I decided to go to trial he would give my case 110% but it was a 50/50 chance roll of the dice and I should weigh the risk verse reward. I decided to take the plea and he told me that he thought it was in my best interest. I hope that I'm never in the same situation again but if I found my self there I would definitely use Lewis Fusco again. I have used Lewis twice the first time was a felony case for my grandson with great results the second time was for a DUI case, with Lewis aggressive action he went to trial and got a Not Guilty Verdict. He is very aggressive in the courtroom he showed the jury that that the state's evidence was not... factual to the written report & the camera in the state troopers vehicle the video showed the real facts. Hope we don't have to use Lewis's services again but if we did would go right back to him.
