Lewis Fusco and his staff are absolutely brilliant. I cannot say enough about their knowledge of the judicial system and their representation. I read a lot of reviews. Its a scary process and I met with many DUI specialists. Luis Fusco was the most helpful. He fought for what was right. I blew below the illegal limit (.04) and the state still issued a DUI charge. That's absolutely against the law and Mr. Fusco knew this and wouldn't settle ...until justice was found. He made sure I did not get wrongfully punished. Most lawyers I met with said I should settle for a reckless driving charge. I did not want to settle because I was not driving drunk or reckless driving. I should have never been arrested in the first place. When Luis Fusco got my report, he shared my outrage of the whole situation. And he got my charges dropped! When other lawyers would have convinced me to settle. Luis said no, this is wrong and I will make it right. He made sure I didnt get wrongfully punished even though I was wrongfully arrested and charged. He took care of it all!
