did what they said , except they said they would probably get me a reduced fees because I never received the first notice, but that didn't happen was charged the full amount , when I paid the fee it had a disclaimer that says if you pay this you are admitting guilt a...nd points will be assessed but I don't know if that happened as it said there would be no points
