I hired Dale Carson Law to represent my son in a speeding violation. In that my son was in the process of applying to police academies while working on his Masters at UNF. I didn't want one traffic violation standing in his way. Although they promised nothing, the secretary was pretty sure that Dale ...Carson could get the citation dismissed. That we might have to pay court fees. I said that would be fine. They charged me $99.00 initially, which I felt quite fair since the ticket was almost $170.00. We had our court date on May 18, 2017. Everything went exactly how their secretary said it would go. The ticket was dismissed but we were held accountable for court fees which amounted to $100.00. So I'm extremely satisfied and happy with Dale Carson Law. They accomplished the main objective, getting James free of the speeding citation. if we has paid the ticket, the ticket and associated points would still be on his record. Not only were my ticket was adjudicated my points were withheld off of my license and the court cost were a lot lower than I expected. That was the better that I thought was going to happen.
