Mr. Klein handled my foreclosure situation for over a year. His wonderful demeanor and empathetic attitude made a very stressful time much more palatable for me. He and his staff were efficient and responsive and kept me totally informed as to what they were doing and how my case was progressing. ...He accomplished what he set out to do and handled negotiations effectively. I feel he went above and beyond in his willingness to counsel me even after he no longer was officially my attorney. This is because, in this world that's "all about me", he always demonstrated that he "cared about YOU".
