It's risky to post negative reviews amidst so many positive ones, because people tend to disregard the outliers as fake reviews or disgruntled people just here to pick a bone. But, logically, we know that's not true, as it's just the confirmation bias we're looking for after selecting an attorney, or... our own laziness not wanting to have to keep looking for someone else. People post reviews for all kinds of reasons and, often (like this review), it's because they want to save someone else the heartbreak, loss and financial devastation that comes with having a life-altering experience that could have easily been avoided. We have to realize that companies like these solicit positive reviews and encourage their happy clients to write them. But, reviews never tell the full story because they come from only a subset of people. To get an accurate picture, you need to do some digging, looking for other reviews elsewhere, sometimes in more obscure places. If you do, you'll find some very negative ones, to help round out the story. From personal experience, I can state that this firm is severely understaffed, completely overwhelmed with the amount of work they take on, and (but for one employee) has terrible communication and follow-thru skills. I was fooled by the positive first impression and what seemed like a personal interest in my case. BUT, that only lasted until I wrote my first check and the red flags began to appear. Unfortunately, by then, I was stuck in a cycle where I either had to trust the firm or start all over again with someone else, which is not always possible with a limited income and time crunch one can do nothing about. The firm doesn't really care and does only the bare minimum to appease you (if you're lucky) and keep you interested until the moment it matters...and, then, because they've wholly ignored you for so long, they no longer remember the facts or focus of your case, and you end up tremendously disappointed because they completely blow it at the end, by losing a very simple case that even a first year law student could have handled. While I'm sure there are happy clients (lucky ones who manage to get this firm's attention) there seemed to be a whole lot of clients waiting for help, while the firm was always working on another case and, for whatever reason, never on mine. I would not recommend this office at all, and would encourage anyone thinking about it to consider other options. I've read other reviews from clients who feel the same as I do. Why take the chance?

I've been working on this review for awhile, trying to find the right words and best way to express how grateful I am, and how incredible Jeff and his team are. My custody case was my ex trying to move out of state and take the kids away. In a very real way, I put my (and my kids') lives in his hands.... He is absolutely, without doubt, the attorney you want when this horrible scenario becomes your reality. I strongly recommend Jeff Klein. I've retained him twice, in back-to-back custody issues. The most recent was to fight/oppose the out-of-state relocation which ended with a 2 day Trial, that we won. Not only is he an amazing attorney with the experience and intellect to understand the nuances of the courtroom, opposing counsel, the law, and get a good read on the situation and how to navigate it, but he is a decent human being. Jeff, and his legal team, genuinely cared about my case and took it to heart. Jeff and his team worked relentlessly on my case as it quickly spiraled into a very complex, high conflict custody battle. Jeff deftly maneuvered and had a solid legal strategy to win. He is very quick. He was excellent in catching on to things at Trial that opposing counsel was doing and was able to get objections in that greatly benefited my case. A true professional with intellect, humanity, and who won't stoop to get caught up in opposing counsel's games. Jeff and his team handled opposing counsel like true professionals. Always a prompt response. Never felt rushed or brushed aside. Quality of work was amazing. Legal strategy was judicious and sound. He gave good counsel throughout the entire case. He will fight for you!

So I called attorney Jeffrey Klein‘s office I spoke to Danielle I have spoken to Danielle several times very empathetic person listen to all I had to say not once did she say well this is what it cost to even consult with attorney Klein she never mentioned that she asked questions and listen to me an...d was empathetic of my feelings and then I had a consult with attorney Klein and never once mentioned a retainer fee which is what I’ve been getting previously with attorneys very short actually some asking me can you pay this but all I got from attorney Klein‘s office was questions and listening to my case I got off the phone with so much promise and ironically my daughter I told her who I talk to you and she said oh no mom I talk to Mis Klein about her fiancé‘s child custody case and she said that she was amazing so it’s like a godsend we chose the same lawyer I don’t know what the outcome is going to be but I feel that it’s going to be in my best interest and they will truly care and help me of course I will keep my reviews going on the outcome but I feel blessed by calling their office
