DUI

I hired Johnathan for my case. He was absolutely amazing with the services he provided. He communicated and kept me updated throughout the process and gave me a head start with all that will need for court dates . I would definitely recommend anyone in need of a great attorney , Jonathan would be the... guy for that !

Going the Distance?

Jonathan is relentless in his pursuit of winning our case. 2 1/2 years with CoA involvement. He knows the laws and how they work. He has sent me emails at 10pm still working on the case. Jonathan defines what a lawyer should be.

Exceeded Expectations

Jonathan and his team have given their utmost care and attentiveness to my case over the past few years. At times I thought it impossible to find professionalism and compassion whilst seeking out legal council. I was referred to him by a family friend and she too would have the kindest words to say a...bout his character. Savvy in law this man is!! I would cause a hesitation in the case at times due to fear of diving into the unknown. Jonathan put my mind at ease and gave me clarification on the language of law when I needed it. The journey was long and henderous to my life in moments but I knew I could NOT do it without Jonathan. He provided not only my case but my life with the belief that man can be humble! His patience was impeccable along with his bold wording among speaking on my behalf. His team and partners reflect his work as well, from just simply answering the phones to sending e-mails. I would be fearful on the opposing side due to his knowledge and wisdom. There are not enough words in the human language to express my gratitude and thanks to him for delivering my family with that realm of peace he and I spoke about on occasion. I recommend him ten times over!! He is a 10 out 10!!! I will never seek council elsewhere if I am ever in need again! Kindest Regards Your client

Zero Star Lawyer (or negative)

After doing his "due diligence" he had his office manager make an appointment for me to come to his office. She took my money for a consultation and Dunn listened whilst my associates, and I, gave details, and presented evidence regarding my case. After a very lengthy meeting, Dunn said I had "a grea...t case", gave me their "JKD" folder (with requisite paperwork inside) and showed me which form to complete. He also told me to return it along with the $5000.00. I followed his direction and when I tried to deliver the $5000.00 early the next morning, he was "not available". Finding this VERY strange I went directly to his office. Upon entering, he was coming out of his office and he looked like a deer caught in headlights. He told me, as his eyes shifted left to right, left to right, that he could not take my case as there was a "conflict of interest". I could not understand what this could possibly be, as he had already performed his "due diligence" weeks before before prior to allowing me to schedule an appointment. I asked what the "conflict of interest" was and was incredulous with his response. It was, "our new attorney, of counsel, is YOUR EX's ATTORNEY" !!!!!! I was in utter disbelief! He sat for hours listening to privileged case information knowing his new lawyer represented the other party in my case. This shocking, disgusting, deplorable and verifiable behavior is Jonathan Dunn. My suggestion is to AVOID JONATHAN DUNN AT ALL COSTS. I am flattered that the writer wished to retain us; however, there was no impropriety in declining representation. At the time of the initial consultation, there was no conflict. The firm declined representation to avoid a potential conflict and promptly refunded the consultation fee. Prior to joining the firm, the new member withdrew from representation of the writer's former spouse, so that there was no conflict on that end, either. Although it is unfortunate that the firm could not be of assistance here, it is best practice to avoid even the possibility of a conflict.
