Charge reduced

Jason got my DUI less safe charge by Georgia state patrol reduced to a reckless driving charge. While also reducing the total probation time the state had given me while at court proceedings today in the State Court of Chatham County.

Dui less safe reduced to reckless

I am a self employed contractor from out of state and could not have a DUI on my record. Jason was very prompt and straight forward. He put me in contact with a Field sobriety specialist and they were able to have the charges reduced to reckless driving. I would highly recommend Jason. No DUI on my record

Most charges dropped!

Jason is a very tenacious defense attorney, does great work, and is extremely trustworthy! He did such a great job for me! I had most of my charges dropped and he plead me down to the best-case scenario. I would suggest his defense to anyone facing a DUI.

DUI reduced to Failure to use due care.

Jason got my DUI less safe alcohol charge and Speeding, and Failure to maintain lane reduced to Failure to use due care. Jason was very professional and courteous.
