DUI

I had Jason Cerbone as my lawyer on a DUI case in the Chatham County State Court, he did an excellent job and we got what I wanted out of the case. My DUI was reduced down to reckless driving. I would definitely recommend hiring him.

I had a the opportunity to have two of my charges (too fast for conditions and failure to maintain lane charges) dropped and to be granted nolo for my DUI charge thanks to Jason Cerbone as my lawyer. Dui charges

Went to court today in the State Court of Chatham County and all charges against me were dismissed on the spot. I've had previous DUI's so I am very thankful for this. Thank you Jason for getting my case dismissed. Daddy's money paid off.

Jason Cerbone

Jason Cerbone by all means know the law when it comes to DUI cases. After a long two years of court Mr. Cerbone found a way to defeat my case by using the Elliot v. State case. My charges was dropped to reckless driving and all my other charges were dropped. I highly recommend him for anyone who find... themselves in the same situation and need great advice.

DUI reduced to Reckless

DUI reduced to Reckless I was arrested for DUI (less safe) and things did not look great for me, as I blew above the limit on the administered breath test. I live in another state and because of my job/career, it would be extremely damaging to have a DUI on my record. Jason was able to secure a plea..., which reduced the DUI charge to reckless driving - a huge relief. I couldn't be happier with how Jason looked after, and successfully handled my case.
