DUI

Me Maillet, handles my DUI case and got the best possible outcome, he was able to get my charges dropped down from a DUI to reckless driving so I was able to keep my license and job.

Out of town resident - DUI Defense

I was recently charged with DUI at a checkpoint in Pooler, GA. After speaking with Mr. Maillet for just a few moments , I felt comfortable with having him represent me and signed him the same day. We have not yet settled the case but Mr. Maillet is always very responsive and knowledgeable when I have... questions for him. I feel extremely comfortable with the defense Mr. Maillet is providing and would recommend him to anyone in the Savannah and surrounding area. I will certainty provide more information at the conclusion of my case. We have a long way to go, as this is my 3rd DUI charge but I feel confident that Mr. Maillet will use his knowledge of the law and contacts in the area to give me the best outcome possible.

Falsely Accused

I contacted Mr. Mailett after being falsely accused and received notice to appear in court. Mr. Maillet immediately went to work for me, gathered all the real/true facts about my case. I was told that my case was "just a hearing" by the one that wrote me the accusation notice, but turns out it was a ...regular court case. I am so glad that I hired Mr. Maillet, because not only did he put them in their place, he got my case dismissed. He is very professional and did a fantastic job. Thank you for taking our case and proving what is right, and what is wrong. Will highly recommend you to anyone that is looking for great attorney!

Disorderly conduct & Obstruction due to domestic dispute

My case is still ongoing so,I can't say much more yet, but I will surely do a second review after my case is done, but I still have to say this, so far Mr Jarret has been very helpful, he is a very busy man, but very professional, he will definitely find time to answer your questions and any concern ...you might have, he is also very considerate in working with you, in timely manner wise. He tries to work hard for your best interest. He explains things, the legal issues to you concerning your case, In a way that you can understand. He is confident on doing his job, & that makes me feel more positive on the outcome of my case. I can't wait to put all of this behind me.
