First time DUI reduced to Reckless

Jarrett did a great job with responding to my initial call and since he called back quicker than any other attorney; he and was clear and concise on what he could bring to the table I decided without hesitation to go with him. I’ve only been in Savannah for less than a year, so it was hard to decide ...who to trust as I was unable to get an actual recommendation since I don’t know anyone in Savannah. Many attorneys I called explained how they were the best in town but Jarrett was great in getting to the point and was humble about it. With Jarrett’s attentiveness to the situation, I knew I was in good hands. I was charged first time with a DUI but Jarrett got it reduced to reckless driving. I was insanely nervous like everyone else since it was my first time. He never guaranteed the reduction but he said we had a good chance and sure enough, that was the outcome. Consider hiring Jarrett for an attorney who: knows what he’s doing, responsive, chill, and no bs!

Last minute hire- case dismissed

Hired Jarrett two days before court appearance for a misdemeanor. The judge dismissed my case in a matter of minutes. Hopefully, won't need to but would definitely hire him again.

Exactly as Advertised

Mr. Maillet is exactly as advertised. I got a DUI in Jan 2021. I have never been in trouble before, and I was extremely nervous about the entire situation and had no idea what to expect. I am also in a position that a DUI could take away a major portion of my livelihood so that even heightened my ...nervousness. He was able to get my DUI reduced to a reckless driving and my probation suspended upon completion of: DUI Risk Reduction Class (Fro-Sun, 20 hours, $360) MADD Victim Impact Panel (1.5 hours, $60) Clinical Evaluation (1.5 hours, $125) My fines were reduced to a total of 1164.00 after court fees and probation fees, and I was able to complete the terms of my probation before it even started. I'm glad that I decided to hire Mr. Maillet as my attorney. I felt extremely well-informed throughout the whole process, and I'm glad that he helped me out of a serious legal jam. Things happen, people mess up. If you are in a similar situation, don't hesitate. There is no reason to worry. Mr. Maillet will be able to take care of your legal situation, and put your mind at ease during the process.
