Mr. Schachter reviewed a problematic contract that our firm entered into prior to my arrival on the scene. The contract was very one sided seemed to be air tight and costly to our company. Mr. Schachter was able to find a way to terminate the contract that others before him could not find. He negotia...ted an appropriate release that satisfied us and saved us a tremendous amount of money. He then drafted a more appropriate contract that we were pleased with and which worked in our favor.
