He quickly developed an effective strategy in a civil matter which resulted in the Judge ruling in my favor. P...rior to retaining David, I had given up all hope of receiving a just outcome. I have had the unfortunate experience of being both a party to or a witness in other cases. These encounters with our so called justice system has made me rather cynical about the legal process and the chances for ever receiving a just outcome. Mr. Schachter was able to find a way to terminate the contract that others before him could not find. The only reason this is not a full five-star review is because, as someone who has no experience with lawyers or lawsuits, I did often feel like I didn't understand what was happening with my case. While David and his team were clearly doing their work in the background, I'd have appreciated more guidance about the legal process, what to expect, my options, his recommendations, etc. Overall though, I'd definitely recommend David's practice.
