The only thing they are quick about is coming to your house to sign you up, after that they do not do much and just waste your time and give you bad advise. They want to settle quick without any work. Only work is being done by clerks, or at best incompetent law clerk. They are not on top of cases, n...or do they follow up or communicate at all. I have a case 1 year 6 months and each time I have to call them to get status or ask them to do something.

No matter how many times I called or followed up with my case someone always return my call or updated me with the latest info on my claim.
