The best team of lawyers - It was a pleasure working with Senior Paralegal Shelly McFann

My H-1B transfer case was handled by Shelly McFann who is a Senior Paralegal at Kuck Immigration Partners LLC. From the day one, Shelly was extremely professional, rapid in action, accurate in document reviews and process steps and super responsive to any questions or concerns. I always felt that my... case was in the right hands and had no doubts in the success of the overall process. I have worked with about three attorneys so far and with no hesitation, I would rank Shelly McFann and Kuck Immigration Partners LLC on top. Shelly paid attention to details and also ensured that the case was handled in the most rapid manner without any delays. I used to get a reply on my emails to her within 5-10 minutes and I am certain to comment that she is a patient listener and a precise speaker. Another great virtue of this team is that they have digitalized the entire process. I did not have to email my scanned documents or some completed word document form to anyone. Rather, the entire process goes through a workflow setup on the website of Kuck Immigration Partners LLC. So I could upload all my documents, complete the questionnaire to provide relevant information and check the status of my case on the website itself. This provides a lot of transparency and confidence to the candidates in the overall process. Shelly had also emailed me the entire H-1B petition copy that was sent to USCIS. The entire work she and her team had put in making this a success is highly appreciated.

Great experience!

I was put in touch with Charles H Kuck's immigration office when my company started my green card process. I am so glad that my company chooses Mr. Kuck's office for the immigration needs of its employees. Going though US immigration process could make one question his/her own sanity but working with... Mr. Kuck's office made it much painless. The timely responses, appropriate updates and making a very useful money saving suggestion are some of the things I remember and must highlight. I can not also complete this review without mentioning my primary contact throughout this process; Shelly McFann is truly a gem of an employee and if she handles all of Mr. Kuck's clients as she handled my case, she deserves a lot of appreciation and a raise if she has not got one already. All in all, great experience and highly recommended!

Charles Kuck - Exceptional knowledge and service

My wife and I have engaged with Mr. Kuck on a couple of occasions: 1) For assisting with my wife's immigration process; 2) for questions related to sponsoring a relative for permanent residency. A couple of really special qualities about Mr. Kuck and his practice are: - He is extremely responsive.... When we have had a question that we've sent by email, he always responds personally, and usually the same day. - He is dedicated in his knowledge and practice of immigration law. Not only does he provide service to his clients, but he keeps current on all of the latest changes and potential changes, publishes a newsletter and blog, is involved with organizations that help improve the immigration situation in the US, and is an expert resource for the media. Mr. Kuck's rates are reasonable, and for the quality and responsiveness of his service, I can't imagine there's a better attorney in the Atlanta area to work with for situations involving immigration.

Knowledgeable lawyer at the helm of a great firm!

Mr. Kuck and his team handled my H1B and Green Card processes perfectly. They answered all my questions quickly and in full. I am very happy that I met with Mr. Kuck and trusted him my cases.

Excellent lawyer! And extremely helpful!!!

I contacted Mr. Kuck in regards to an issue I had with the Dept. of Driver Services in Atlanta, and the "U.S.-legal-presence" verification process they currently do, which was being eternally delayed in my case (and for my wife too), and was causing an immense amount of stress, pain, frustration, etc.... (you name it) to myself and my family. Mr. Kuck contacted me back immediately, and helped resolving my case EXTREMELY QUICKLY, and now I was able to finally get my GA driver's license. I have no sufficient words of gratefulness for what Mr. Kuck did for me. Also, per what I've been able to research online, Mr. Kuck is EXTREMELY WELL RATED! and would be the person that any of us non-U.S.-citizens would like to have as an immigration lawyer. THANKS A LOT AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP!
