Phenomenal Service

I was totally unaware of any lemon law legal representation for consumers until I discovered Alex Simanovsky & Associates website. It has a been both a refreshing experience and learning experience for me. I found it amazing that someone was still defending consumers after so many failed attempts in... my past efforts. I had purchased a used 2019 BOLT EV, and after having it for several months it started behaving erratically. It started with failure of one of my directional signals, and after changing the bulb it still didn't work. Soon afterwards the instrument panel gauges malfunctioned, and starting it was unpredictable. I took it in for servicing at the dealership I purchased it from, and had to leave it there for several days. They didn't provide a rental car either. When I was notified my car was ready I went to dealer to pick it up and they said it had rodent damage and the wiring needed to be replaced. The bill was discounted from some $600 to over$400. Several months went by and again the car was acting erratically, and difficult to start. I returned to the dealership, and again waited days with no rental car before my car was ready for pickup. This time the bill was $643. Again rodent damage was given as the cause. I was told when I bought the car that California was not a lemon law state, so I purchased an extended 5 year warranty that I found later didn't cover rodent damage. After contacting Alex he informed me that there was a federal warranty law, and that I had a good case for a lawsuit. Alex was a godsend! He provided me with all the information needed to pursue an action against GM, and that taking the initial action would be at no cost. After Alex made many attempts at getting a reasonable offer from GM he advised me to pursue a lawsuit against GM . The decision was mine to make, and given all his advice I decided to go ahead with filing the lawsuit. Alex provided me with timely updates all through the process. The cost for the legal proceedings would be approximately 30%, and would be taken out of the final settlement . However, if the lawsuit failed I would not be charged a fee. And true to his word, Alex won the lawsuit resulting in a $15,000 settlement. Alex has gained my explicit trust, and will with no hesitation contact him if I ever need consumer advice again.

My lawyer for GM settlement.

Alex did an outstanding job. I wasn't even sure I actually had a case, but after reaching out to Alex he took my case and won. He kept me informed along the way and it went actually how he laid it out. If you think you need help you can't go wrong with Alex. I owe Alex and heart felt THANKS.

Out of state....

Alex was up front about how we should approach this lawsuit, very knowledgeable. He kept us informed on how long we should hold out and what to expect during the process. If the opportunity ever arose again we would hire Alex without a question...

This is a Racket Lawyer! Do not waist your time!

People like this give lawyers a bad name. Like many lemon law firm, Alex is out for himself. These firm are only willing to take slam dung cases. They are not willing to invest the time and resources if your search for justice if it has a low rate of return. I received a bogus offer from the car man...ufacture. I did not accept the offer or sign any documents. I did not give up my right to arbitration or litigation. But because I already had an offer on the table, Alex firm; like others, did not offer any other recourse, consul, or assistance. He just send me a message saying, and I quote “ Open evaluating your case we find out you already have an offer from the manufacturer, meaning that as a law firm we can not take any actions.” All I got after this message was deafening silence! What about arbitration and ligation Alex? Is that something as a “lawyer” that you could do? By the way, that’s a rhetorical question, we all already know the answer, don’t we?
