Alex is someone that has experience, he is direct and is there to listen and help you. Depending on case matter, it can take sometime to get through settlement or lawsuit, but Alex is there to help you get what is reasonable. When I first reached out to them I got a response from Bill and they were very eager to take my case. I was told they would have a resolution within 4 to 8 weeks. I tried to reach out to them after retaining Alex but couldn’t get a hold of Bill and Alex didn’t seem available. After a short while not ...only did I realize Alex wasn’t looking out for my best interest but it was evident that he hadn’t looked at any of the evidence I sent to him. I did all the hard work by obtaining everything and then serving it to him on a silver platter and yet this guy made me feel as if he was doing me a favor. Mind you when I brought my case to Alex I already had an offer on the table which was a lowball offer and my vehicle still needed to be fixed. I realized I was going in circles and had to reiterate everything to him over and over. You would think a good attorney would take the time to look at all the evidence that’s presented but not Alex! After 4 months later Alex was asking me if my vehicle was still under warranty! I fired Alex after 6 months of him wasting my time and asked him for my file 4 months later I still haven’t heard from this guy and there is no sign of my file! These are FACTS! I never once felt like he valued me or the business I brought to him. He made me feel like I should just take the offer that’s on the table and give him his ridiculous asking price for not doing anything but sending a few emails and he hasn’t negotiated anything that benefited me as his client for sure! Alex is by far the worst attorney I have encountered for sure he has a condescending attitude!
