Means Business

Very professional and knowledgeable lawyer , all communications were done via email and phone . I did not even visit office. The settlement was fair enough . He explained from the beginning the process and how long it would take and kept me posted.

Lemon Law 2016 Ford Mustang GT

Alex was quick to respond when I contacted him regarding my issues with my car. I wasn't sure if I had a strong enough case, but was frustrated with Ford and wanted to speak with someone that understood the law. Alex asked for specific documentation around the issues that I was having. After reviewin...g the documentation he accepted to represent my case against Ford. This process does take time to complete, but for me it was worth waiting for the results. I had no issues or complaints with any step of this process while working with Alex and his team. Great Service

Alex took care of my lawsuit in a timely manner, even though I waited until the last minute to contact him. He kept me informed of the status regularly, and answered all my questions without delay. There were no surprises. Also, he was polite and personable. I was quite satisfied with the settlement....

Alex was able to simplify this process and made it go smoothly as possible. Ellis was able to do all the communications with the GM dealer and resolve this in a timely manner.
