Alex was able to negotiate a settlement with GM who did not seem to want to be accountable for anything. GM was not willing to take back a 2016 vehicle that has been looked at over 5 times for the same issue. I was advised of the process from the beginning. When my input was needed or I needed an upd...ate, he and his team responded. Alex was able to get something from a company that did not want to give nothing. I appreciate he effort in representing me.

My husband and I hired Alex after he looked over our information/ all of the service records we had on our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that had transmission issues and had a number of things fixed on it within the first year of it being BrandNew! Chrysler would not fix the transmission after one ...failed attempt. They said it was commercially acceptable for the transmission to whine at certain speeds, bull crap! So Alex took our case and we were able to reach a settlement, that helped us get out of the vehicle after having it for two years.
