Finally!

Although Kia didn’t agree to replace my car, Alex was able to get to a reasonable settlement for all of the ongoing issues.

Huge help with unresolved problems

I have had unresolved intermittent electrical (starting) problems with my 2013 GMC Savana 2500 since new. It has been worked on multiple times by the dealer and an independent local repair shop. Towed three times and each time there has been nothing wrong when it arrived for repair. Alex and his t...eam were not able to get GM to buy it back, but they did get me a settlement from GM.
