I contacted Alex about my recently purchased vehicle that was having extensive issues. Alex reviewed my case and although it didn't meet the requirements for a lemon law case, he did offer to contact the manufacturer and see what they'd do monetarily for my aggravation and time. Well, lo and behold, ...the manufacturer offered a settlement amount, Alex called and explained my options. After deciding what to do, Alex finalized it with the manufacturer and I got money direct deposited to my bank a few months later. I never met Alex, this was all over email and the phone, but when I did interact with him, he was professional, took his time explaining matters and was effective.

I was so very surprised with Attorney Simanovsky's handling of my Lemon Law case; not how he handled things, but the fact that he actually persisted until he got the defendant (GM/Chevrolet) to actually move in the right direction. I had been having problems out of my 4-yr old car when it was only 2... and this manufacturer just kept ignoring my cries for help!! They didn't care what I was dealing with though I was paying for the "hunk of junk" faithfully. One month, the car went through a total of 5 hattery replacements. After consulting with Mr. Simanovsky' s firm it looked like it was a dead cause. He was turned away on more than one ocassion, so I gave up trying to get them to even acknowledge that there was just something not right about my car. I thought he'd given up after I had given up! I was so grateful that though I saw no hope, Atty Simanovsky persisted because he knew what the right thing to do should've been. He had kept after this manufacturer until they actually acknowledged that they should do SOMETHING. I didn't get rich with this settlement, and that wasn't the point! I just wanted them to at least own up to the fact that they had benefitted from sticking me with a "crappy" piece of work they disguised as a vehicle. This was my first and LAST product from this family of vehicles. THANK YOU again, Mr. Simanovsky, for coming through and sticking to it the way you did! I really had given up on the matter and forgotten about it, but you and your team persisted! I appreciate you all more than you will ever know. I was so very pleasantly surprised and pleased.
