Ford Breach of warranty case

I had filed a case against Ford company. They kept my car was 60 days plus and did not fix it properly the first time. I bought a brand new car 2017 and it went bad with transmission. Mr Alex and his team helped me with it and made sure the outcome of this was according to my satisfaction.

Vehicle Manufacture claim

I had an issue with a vehicle I purchased from a auto dealership. No one wanted to help me get this issue resolved. Ford Focus lemon case

Mr. Simanovsky and his firm did a great job. They got an initial settlement offer, then informed me about it and walked me through each option I had, how they would likely work out, and what the chances were had I taken one of them. He gave me all the time I needed, to make a decision. (Which was g...reat because I feel like impatience is pretty normal) I decided to take the initial offer that Ford made. It took about a 6 weeks to get my money. The only negative is that I feel I deserved a little more of the total settlement, since I AM the one being f'd by Ford Motor Company.... But overall I'm happy and would use his firm again. 9.5/10
