Satisfied With The Outcome

After a year long back and forth, Alex and his team were able to get a previously unresolved matter taken care of. I am happy to report that I’ve not experienced any further issues since the resolution of my initial issue.

Great help working on our lemon car

Alex did a great job and taking care of a continued problem that are brand new car was having and not only got the problem fixed but got us a settlement in the process Alex you’re the best

Chevy Silverado air conditioning and transmission issues

Alex was able to show GM all the labor and parts that were replaced or not replaced for the air conditioning issues for the entire summer of 2020. When they were finally fixed i was starting to have some transmission issues that took the dealership almost 2 weeks to repair! Alex always answered all m...y questions and got back to me in a quick way. This was very frustrating for me as a customer of a new vehicle (22K miles) to have these issues pop up. Alex took all my information in the beginning and right away said "we have a case" which made me feel better. At the end of the day i was very satisfied as a client of his and i would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Alex!

Outstanding

Alex was great in his endeavor. Even throughout the pandemic, though the process was slow, he was always at hand to answer questions. Or make contact himself if he had information. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. I hope I don't have another claim, but if I do, he always has my business.

Great job

Had an issue with my new GMC I was having to make several trips "100 miles round trip" to correct an electrical problem. It was costing me time and money. Alex took the case and got GMC to award money to mitigate those cost and my time. Alex did a great job taking care of my case
