I contacted Alex Simanovsky regarding a reoccuring problem that I was having with a 2021 GMC Denali Truck. Alex's firm contacted GMC and then things started happening regarding the issues that I was having with my truck. The truck was repaired and I recieved a settlement from GMC. Honestly, I was a bet nervous about choosing a lawyer of an advertisement and +2000 miles away. I had high mileage on my pickup and it is getting close to out of warranty. I have had engine replace, High pressure fuel pump and multiple trips made to to diagnose my radio that acts up intermitently. ...All of this was done under warrenty however I was nervous that once warranty was up I would still have issues. So...I reached out to Alex and he was straight forward with what to expect. He mentioned that with the miles on truck there would probably not be a buyback but he would see what he could do. Within 30 days we had an answer from manufacture on claim and Alex even went back one more time to ask for more. Well, hid did and we were offered 5k more then the already pretty good settlement. On top of that I did not have to turn in vehicle, I get to keep that too. The good news is...I paid off my Truck the same day I received funds by direct deposit. I will keep the Ram for now and see what it is like to be debt free for a bit ;-) The settlement took a bit longer than expected (a few days shy of 90days) however I could not be happier with Alex and what was accomplished in that time. To be honest, I didn't think I had a chance but Alex obviously knows what he is doing and came through with flying colors. Thank you Alex

When a dealership that sold me a lemon had refused to help and even laughed at me told me to "go ahead try filing suit, those things take years to close" and still leave me there with a new car that didn't work. I fought with GM for 9 months trying to get a trade assist with no avail, I had 4 different customer service people that acted like they would help with my lemon and after weeks they all said the same thing, as long as my truck has a warranty it’s not considered a lemon and GM refused to help in anyw...ay, i seem Alex’s ad on Facebook and though why not fill out the request and a couple hours later Alex called and was very knowledgeable so I gave him a try, within 4 weeks he had multiple offers from GM and the last offer was twice as much as I wanted from the beginning, 2 months later the money is in my bank account!
