Mr. Simanovsky was very professional and did exactly what he said. He did not accept the first offer from Ford and actually went to bat with them and got multiple offers. The only thing I would suggest to clients is not to get in a hurry or frustrated with waiting. Every time he gave us a time frame ...it DID occur within that time period. I do believe the waiting is beyond his control and at no fault of him or his office. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. I would recommend them with the highest amount of stars.
