7month repair nightmare

I was not making any progress dealing with Matt Bowers Dodge Jeep in Baton Rouge. They had had my truck for 5 months. Story kept changing. No end in site. I called Alex Simanovsky. The dealership called that week to say it would be ready soon. It still took them 2 months longer and they charged me.... 2300 dollars for repairs on a truck with 2 warranties in place. I was furious. He got me a settlement from Crystler corp that more than covered the cost. It really took the frustration out of the situation knowing they would have to pay for their poor service. I HIGHLY recommend this firm. You will be very pleased with their work. shout out to Bill.

Lemon law case

Mr Alex has been amazing to work with despite being busy he always stayed in touch to let me know what was goin on and got the case settled for me would definitely use him again.

For Tesla Model X lemon law case

Great help and the staff is also responsive and helpful. Settled my case with Tesla in a very professional way. I would highly recommend Alex if you have issues with your new car and believe that the carmaker has sold you a lemon.
