Bubba Head handled my DUI case from start to finish with great care and concern. At the beginning, he gave me reassurances that he could help me, and he was pretty sure he could get things to work out better than I realized. He knew the cast of characters involved in my case, which I think was a rea...l "plus." After just a few weeks, he came back to me with a fantastic offer from the Prosecutor: they would reduce two charges (Failure to Maintain Lane and DUI) to a charge of Reckless Driving if I pled guilty. That sounded good, so I accepted the deal. A year ago I was pulled over by an officer who claimed we almost had a collision. I admitted to having a couple beers earlier in the night, and did field sobriety tests where I apparently displayed 17 of 18 clues (never do these tests). I was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving an...d failure to maintain lain. In the past year, I was not very confident about the outcome of my case.
