Well Done

Dear Mr. Head, Thank you for the very aggressive and professional representation of my license suspension hearing tonight in court. I must tell you that tonight will be the first restful night of sleep I will have since my incident. Win or lose on the suspension question I feel we scored some majo...r points in the testimony and the cross exam of the police officer. If the Judge rules for the suspension he was not listening to the testimony of the officer involved and your closing statements. I came home and told my wife I wish she was there and I almost stayed to hear the other two cases you had to represent. I hope they went as well as I think mine did. I talked with both parties briefly and we all agreed you were "very good" in the courtroom. Thanks again, and I look forward to working with Lee and getting this all behind me. Best Regards, M M, Loganville, GA.

This was an administrative license suspension hearing for a DUI case handled by partner, Lee Webb. Mr. Webb could not be at the hearing due to a court conflict that ran late, and I had two other cases at Gwinnett, so I agreed to handle your case, also. I had already learned the "pattern" of this Gwinnett sergeant, and eviscerated him at the hearing. The other two officers for my other cases "quit" after seeing what happened to the sergeant during your hearing, and my two clients won their hearings by default. I also know that our transcript from this administrative hearing led to your ultimate victory in the DUI case. Congratulations!

William Head

Bubba exceeded my expectations. He saved me from certain conviction, he had my arrest reduced to a wreckless driving. He put me a easy during a during a very stressful time in my life. He indirectly taught me alot about myself, he gave me back the self esteem that I lost over over this incident. He i...s highly thought of among his peers, his success over the years has not made him unapproachable. He is a great listener and " people person". I recommended him to anyone who found themselves in a situation as unfortunate as I found myself in. I would suggest that you purshase William's Book, The DUI Book, A Citizen's Handbook on Fighting a Drunk Driving Case. This book is a great resource for accused DUI-DWI drivers to help supplement you on the complexities of criminal litigation. I keep it in my offfice to remind myself what I have been thru.

Absolutely Not Guilty!

Mr. Head's "word of mouth" leading industry reputation helped me in making one of the most important decisions in my life. His understanding of the Georgia law and the Atlanta court system proved to be invaluable as he proposed viable defense strategies resulting in the DUI and DUI less safe charges... being dismissed pleading to "nolo" to a much lesser charge. Bubba and his team provided me with the understanding, compassion and professionalism during a very trying time. They are the absolute best! Thank you.

Your only choice for peace of mind

If you or a loved one have ever had the misfortune to be charged with DUI, you know the immense burden that weighs down on you from the time of arrest. The best thing about Bubba is that he realizes what you're going through. Letting him handle the details (and knowing that he WILL) takes some of t...he worry away. I happen to know several attorneys who practice in the same area of law, and while I'm certain their fees are lower, you have to wonder what kind of trade-off you'd be making by betting on the "cheaper guy." In other words, you get what you pay for. Bubba wrote the book on Georgia DUI law ... literally. That kind of expertise is hard to come by. Many times during court appearances, I talked to other people who had no idea where their attorneys were or when they'd show up. Conflicts, as Bubba will tell you, are a fact of life in the legal world, but uncommunicative attorneys are not. Bubba and his excellent paralegals, Julie and Allison, will never leave you out of the loop. DUI is a crime of stigma; "innocent until proven guilty" doesn't seem to fly in this MADD world. Bubba will do more to restore your peace of mind than you ever dared to hope for. Good luck!

Heart, Itegrity and Style Personified

This man is a master! He's worked impossible situations for me in a very harsh county more than once, e.g. three DUI cases pending at once in both city and county jurisdictions negotiated together, with a previous history of DUI. (I've been charged with 7 since January 1999.) The outcome was one thro...wn out, one reduced and one conviction for which I did 45 days in jail for and the rest on probation. Never has he judged me for my illness; he has only expressed concern for my welfare and that of others I put in jeopardy getting behind the wheel. He and his staff take a personal interest in my treatment and recovery, which would not have been possible without his persuasive efforts with the court and probations officials. The first DUI he represented me on -- prior to the previously mentioned nightmare of my creation -- was taken to trial and thrown out. (I had two previous convictions.) Again, this occurred in a very tough county. BUBBA IS THE MAN in Georgia (and possibly elsewhere) for DUI defense. He wrote the book and teaches. He's got to be one of the hardest working people I have ever met. Bubba is a truly a class act. I couldn't be in better hands and would not consider using any other attorney in Georgia to represent me. He's a godsend! And he cracks me up!!! I'm envious of his staff who get to work for such a great guy.
