Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Hurley Elder Care Law. This firm has been very helpful and kind. From day one I felt that we had made the right decision. We worked with Paul Abrahamson -Benefit Specialist and he was exceptional. The whole team has always been quick to return a call, answer a question and... put me at ease. I am very thankful for the extra kindness and knowledge that they gave during the transition of placing my love one in a nursing facility and getting everything in order.

Already had an association with Miles Hurley, from bankruptcy referrals he made to the attorney I work for, Dennis J. Murphy. When I had a personal matter of securing a nursing home placement for a 95-year old, long-time family friend, I immediately thought of his firm. Miles understood the difficu...lt situation I encountered with a family member. He, and his staff, Social Worker, Kelsie Scott were super helpful, every step of the way. Could not have found, or finalized this placement, successfully, without their help. They are highly recommended for any work with elder law.

Asset protection

After paying for 24 hour nursing care for my wife while I recovered from unexpected health problems I realized I needed help the cost for two months was expensive. My visiting nurse referred me to Hurley Elder Care Law. Smartest thing I ever did I could not have done this on my own. Outstanding firm

Great Elder Care Lawyer
