Hurley Law

Hurley Law is a great company to work with. I have referred several clients to them and they were extremely happy.

Thank you so much!

Phew... we finally made it; however, it would have been totally impossible without the help of Mr. Hurley, Paul, Nicole & staff. We had a lot of work to do between all of us and my stress level maxed out. If it weren't for Paul & Nicole having my back and giving me the confidence that we would make... it through, I might have crashed. They were successful in obtaining medical eligibility care for my older brother. It was harder than anticipated, but I am so grateful to Hurley Elder Care for being there for me. Thank you on behalf of my whole family!

DO YOUR HOMEWORK

Hurley Law Firm has spent a lot on pushing their services in Senior Centers, Independant Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and to those most vulnerable. Last week, while hospitalized, I was told to get my affairs in order due to my illness. Two different places gave me a brochure for this firm. ... From my hospital bed, with much difficulty breathing, I reached out to them na dspoke to a Mary, Intake person. Who spoke very quickly and was most concerned with obtaining my credit card information and charging my account $400 for a consultation. A prepaid consultation and no information was provided to me about what do I get during this consultation. Money was the focus. I explained I was in the hospital for lung failure, didn't have my credit card, was not yet capable of sitting up in bed to have a zoom consultation, let alone being able to think clearly. I just told her that I would have to call back. In the meantime, she emailed me a questionnaire, to complete and email back. It asked every financial question (who, how much, where, type) including SS#, with no Internet protection or secure way to transmit this information. All of this info and $400 was needed to have a consultation. So, they wanted everything about me and to pay for a service that I hadn't received.
